Three categories,
nine different interiors
The building's nine apartments fall into three categories, by floor area and number of beds. But no two are quite alike: each has its own velvet, its own rug, its own stone. Scroll through each row, then open the apartment that appeals to you to see all its photos and details.

The burgundy velvet of the sofa sets the tone, echoed more softly by the rug and cushions. It is the warmest of the six Suites Atelier, the one that feels lived in the moment you set down your bags.
The bedroom is closed off by a steel-framed glass partition: you keep the light from the living room without the noise. The kitchen bar works as a table for two as much as a worktop, and the sofa folds out for two more guests.

Deep green on the sofa, a graphic black-and-cream rug, a veined marble worktop: Suite 03 is the boldest of the category, and the most photogenic late in the day.
It is also one of the few whose bathroom has a window of its own — a detail you only notice once you're there, and never forget afterwards. The glass partition separates bedroom from living room without darkening either.

The orange sofa warms walls dressed in beige canvas and white mouldings. The burnished brass sconces, the handles and the toggle switches all tell the same story: a Parisian building brought back to life without being erased.
The bedroom opens onto a running balcony on the street side. On the third floor you can still hear the neighbourhood at work in the morning, and nothing at all after dark.

A confident teal, set on a rug of green and cream curves. Suite 05 commits to colour where others stay tonal, and that is what makes it easy to remember.
The same layout as its neighbours on the landing: separate bedroom, convertible living room, full kitchen along the wall. The terrazzo bathroom is identical to those of Suites 03 and 07.

The olive sofa and geometric cushions give Suite 06 a late-sixties air, tempered by the pale marble of the kitchen and the lit niches in the headboard.
On the fourth floor the street falls away and the light changes: higher, longer in the evening. It is one of the quietest Suites Atelier.

Teal, like Suite 05, but with a darker kitchen and a lighter bedroom. The open oak wardrobe and the glazed steel door give shape to the entrance.
It is the last floor served before the attic, and one of the brightest of the category in the middle of the day.

This is the most dressed-up apartment in the building. Black kitchen with brass handles, veined marble from worktop to splashback, an alabaster pendant above a table for six with its cane chairs. People really do sit down to dinner here.
Three bedrooms set on either side of the living room: everyone has a door, and the living room stays a shared space rather than a corridor. On the first floor, take the stairs or the lift — you're outside in ten seconds.

The same floor area as Suite 01, an entirely different character. Here the tones are sand and tawny, the ceiling follows the pitch of the roof in the living room, and poufs replace armchairs. It is the softest Grande Suite, and the brightest.
Three bedrooms, eight beds, and the fifth floor: the rooftops of Paris start to appear through the windows. It is the most photographed apartment in the building.

Fifty square metres under the eaves, and a steel-framed glass partition between bedroom and living room that never cuts the light. No ordinary windows here, but two large skylights: in the morning, it is the sky that wakes you.
The bed is 180 × 200, the only one in the building at that width. No one above you, a ficus in the corner, and that white light of the top floors of Paris that resembles nothing else.
